in the years 1998 – 2000 he was the President of the Management Board of the Public Orders Agency Sp. z o.o.,
in the years 1994 – 1998 he was the Director of the Legal Department at the Public Procurement Office. In addition, he was a member of ministerial committees, including: in the years 1995-1999 a member of the Main Adjudication Committee in cases of violations of budget discipline at the Minister of Finance,
in the years 1999 – 2001 a member of the Main Adjudication Committee in cases of violations of the public finance discipline at the Minister of Finance.
